Because each item is custom crafted and unique, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or returns, so I kindly ask that you order with confidence and reach out with any questions before completing your purchase.

Shipping & Damages

Once your piece is shipped, it is in the hands of the carrier. While I take great pride in packaging each order securely, I cannot be held responsible for handling once it leaves my studio.

If your order arrives damaged, please follow these steps within 24 hours of delivery:

— Photograph the damage clearly, including the packaging

— Email the photos to jipaintss@gmail.com

— I will review and work toward a resolution
